All our physiotherapist are highly experienced and can assess, diagnose, and treat your injury through a combination of methods that may include: manual therapy; acupuncture; ultrasound: advice and/or exercise prescription. Education plays an important role in physiotherapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to return you to your optimal function and strength, while educating you about your injury. This allows you to independently maintain a healthy body without the constant supervision of a therapist.
We work closely with many of the local orthopaedic surgeons, Pain Consultants, neurosurgeons and other practitioners to ensure you get the right treatment at the right time.

Massage Therapy

Massage and soft-tissue techniques work together with the physiotherapy to restore and maintain optimal health and pain-free-function of the body.
Our therapist has been educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with techniques that include massage, (both sports and remedial), soft tissue techniques and advice.
Kay is also qualified in healthy living coaching and QiGong.

Dave’s journey into physiotherapy began on the American football field. As a high school athlete, a knee injury could have sidelined him for good—but thanks to the power of physiotherapy, he was able to recover, return to the game, and move pain-free. This experience sparked his passion for helping others regain their mobility and strength.
